Overview
Student Loan Assistance works with its institutional partners to develop in-house strategies for loan management and default prevention, helps enhance the entrance and exit interview process and then begins its pro-active borrower counseling program within a week of receiving information that a borrower has withdrawn, dropped, graduated or dropped to less-than-half-time status.
On an ongoing basis, SLA provides its clients with updated tracking information on the borrowers resident in our database through a variety of standard reports. These reports help keep a pulse on the status of the borrowers who have been submitted to SLA and our efforts on their behalf.
